Mazda CX-9 Money Factor

Thought I would just share that at least in the Northeast, the MF on CX-9 Touring is .00008 and Grand Touring is .00001. This is as close to 0% interest as you will likely get on a lease. The residuals on both cars is reasonable as well. You still have to do some work to get the right pre-incentive discount, and the incentives are not great ($360 I believe), but that MF is a good first step towards getting at least a reasonable deal in a very tough market.

I was fortunate to get a 9% pre-incentive discount last week on a GT. Coupled with the .00001 MF, I feel like it’s probably the best deal I could get at this time. Thought I would share as the MF sometimes gets overlooked, but it can make a real difference in the cost of a deal.

Got the same .00001 @ $360 in April for mine.
10.25% discount on $45000 SUV.
BINGO!!!

How much is your monthly lease payment?

$449/mo, 36/12, $449 DAS

Mine is $480 with first and DMV DAS (about $640 total). It is a 15,000 mile per year lease though. Have not done the math but guessing 12,000 would have knocked off at least $25/month if not more.

TBH the money factor by itself is not worth sharing. Please use the template to break down the entire deal.
