Seems good to me. You could maybe ask for 1-2% more discount but there are very few 235GC i guess.
Deal looks good, but make sure you have a good drive first. Not just a 30 min test drive. I have a 2020 M135 for use in UK and hate the drive ability. The time between pressing the gas and the car pulling away is frustrating. Yes Sports mode helps a bit. The new gearbox isn’t nice

Honestly, you deal looks decent, there are others who have paid $100 for it.

As for the $100 refresh, I never paid it on my loaner and so far I have yet to pay for any maintenance. But on your deal, I would just pay it as you can see from the thread I posted there is no definitive answers. Good luck…
