Seems like a good deal.

Something sounds fishy? MSRP 59k, 36/12 was 499 in December, so did the lexus deals get worse? maybe lower RV?

MSRP is different. The one you posted is definitely not fully loaded. It doesnt have some packages for sure. Fully loaded prices from $58K to $61K for RX 350 non-F Sport.

seems like a decent deal, but just as a nitpick. I HATE, HATE, HATE when people use that term “fully loaded”. It always, without exception, means the car is not “fully loaded”. I’ve yet to see a car called “fully loaded” by buyer or seller have anything close to all the options.

My car was fully loaded too - it had a full tank of gas and 4 tires

Then you paid too much, not worth $535.70.

The $59274 F-Sport has all your listed features and the Tri-LED headlights.

he he he - good to have sense of humor  Enjoy the car - I think your deal is good  I think you asked for eval and I posted a comp. But that is not the be all and end all. As someone said, we are not in Kindergarten comparing our toys …

Please check link.

Ahh, yours is AWD. My F-Sport is like the one below, but in White on Black. I’m paying 499/month after tax ($47xx due at signing with $4500 of that being MSDs).

Here’s an even better deal that @vdub84 got. I believe this one was AWD.

Apples to apples it looks like VDUb84 got 15% instead of 12% for OP, hence the difference. Those 3% account for a lot…

Lease cash went up sky high but residual went down a few points, but the end result ends up being pretty close to what I got on my deal, as long as you get the right selling price. Last week I negotiated a similar deal for my friend ($57,659/36/12k RX 450h ~$440 with $750 loyalty), but he ended up buying a $51k MDX in cash instead (… yeah, I know :exploding_head:).

So if anybody in the SoCal area is ready to get into one, I can try to get that deal rolled over to you, since he didn’t take it. I’m not a broker, but just want to help the hackr community score good deals. But please, qualified and ready buyers only - I don’t want to waste anyone’s time. PM if you’re interested.

Please pm me. I am in Ohio

How many dollars of incentives are in this deal? Are they calculated in the total 12% discount? A couple things. The residual is 58% on the RX350, and the total MSD’s seems off. If final payment is $555, security deposits round up to $575. With a maximum of 9 allowed, $5175 should have been the amount put down as security to lower the interest rate?

Does this included service, wear and tear etc?

Haven’t figured how to access PM’s. Interested in this deal and I am in SoCal. I have been reading about all these great deals people are getting on RX350, but in talking with one Lexus dealership in San Diego County here are the “best” deals I can get:

2017 RX 350 Nightfall Mica 4x2 w/ Lux Package (Apparently VERY RARE. Only two in 500 mile radius) So if you are looking for one…
MSRP $59,864
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$709 + Tax

2017 RX 350 Black F Sport 4x4
MSRP $62853
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$649 + Tax

2017 RX 350 4x2
MSRP $55379
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$509 + Tax

Looking at Honcker, these are really bad and even worse from what people are paying.

@wheels Just sent you a PM. $709 + tax with 2k down? that’s hilarious.

Finalized my deal yesterday and drove the car home. Not sure how the dealer got to the final monthly payment, but I was more than pleased:
