Lexus RX 350 Fully Loaded lease signed $555 all in

Please pm me. I am in Ohio

How many dollars of incentives are in this deal? Are they calculated in the total 12% discount? A couple things. The residual is 58% on the RX350, and the total MSD’s seems off. If final payment is $555, security deposits round up to $575. With a maximum of 9 allowed, $5175 should have been the amount put down as security to lower the interest rate?

Does this included service, wear and tear etc?

Haven’t figured how to access PM’s. Interested in this deal and I am in SoCal. I have been reading about all these great deals people are getting on RX350, but in talking with one Lexus dealership in San Diego County here are the “best” deals I can get:

2017 RX 350 Nightfall Mica 4x2 w/ Lux Package (Apparently VERY RARE. Only two in 500 mile radius) So if you are looking for one…
MSRP $59,864
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$709 + Tax

2017 RX 350 Black F Sport 4x4
MSRP $62853
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$649 + Tax

2017 RX 350 4x2
MSRP $55379
36mo/12k
$2000 down
$509 + Tax

Looking at Honcker, these are really bad and even worse from what people are paying.

@wheels Just sent you a PM. $709 + tax with 2k down? that’s hilarious.

Finalized my deal yesterday and drove the car home. Not sure how the dealer got to the final monthly payment, but I was more than pleased:

Discount - $5586 (?)
Gross Cap Cost - $49082
Gross Cap Cost + Tax - $50141
Lease Cash - $2000

Adjusted Cap Cost - $47141

Certificate - $1000

What certificate is this my friend?

Does this include maintenance and wear and tear?

are we not talking abt a Lexus here??:thinking::thinking:

Haha oops!

Maybe PGA cert

PGA Cert is over and done i thought?

Auto show/PGA certificate. No wear and tear or wheel/tire package. Wear and tear - $575, wheel/tire - $20 per month x 36 = $720. Total $1295/36 = $36 month extra which would have made payment $471.

Yes it’s a Lexus RX350! Don’t need extended warranties. Don’t live in surburban area or go into larger cities very often. I take good care of my vehicles. Should something happen I will use my insurance or take care of the damages.

PGA certs are still valid.

What ended was the “loophole” to generate a PGA cert

Was the MF .0008 before or after applying the MSD’s?

If you are talking to me, the answer is before. 00080 is only for tier 1+ credit buyers, otherwise they jack the money factor up. After 9 MSDs the interest rate/MF dropped to .00008.

Yea - not so great.

Mine in S.Florida for a Sport AWD 61,059 MSRP

2200 down at inception

3000 MD
MF (final) .0004

36/7500

489mo includes ST(6%)

If you can make some MD it makes a big difference in the monthly and assuming you get it all back at the end of the lease. For example in my case, lowering the MF from .0007 to .0004 saved me over $1100 in years - where else can you earn over 10% risk free?

Not sure about your money factor. .0007? .0008 is the best rate before MSDs with tier1+ credit customers. Assume you put down 6 MSD’s? $3000 of MSDs should bring money factor down into the .00025-.0003 range? They might be slightly jacking up your money factor to begin with. If your payment includes your tax, if you factor the extra in down payment minus your first month, your payment is actually closer to $534. Still beats 1% rule. You are dealing on a high priced car. With that said, I would go into the dealer on 9/5 and try for another $10-20 off per month. Good luck!

Thanks to @wheels, I’m no longer offering help with replicating my deal. I spent a lot of time researching inventory/packages and going back and forth with my dealer and got him solid offers that his local dealers were nowhere near.

Then he took those quotes to a local dealer to have them beat it. He’s wasted my time as well as my dealer’s. It’s people like him that ruin things for everyone. Thanks @wheels!
