Seriously, though. It’s easy, many crimes are due to low economic activity. Bluntly put, poor people commit more crimes because they can’t eat. So you look for rising neighborhoods that are Class B/C with low unemployment with a varied employer base. For example, in SNJ you wanna be in Vineland rather than Salem or Gloucester City instead of Camden. Or in Philly you want to be in Tacony vs Kensington.

While I am a huge fan of what Benzbowtie does, I also think he has a slightly different view of the car business than most managers/sales people.

GSM at a tier 1 MB store is a Mid 300k job at the minimum. It is a lot easier to have a lot of the views he does when you have one of the best positions (GSM) for a high profit brand (MB) and in an excellent store (although he might have had a hand in making it as good of a store as it is)
