Honestly this form saved me a lot of headaches and time. It made some of dreams come true that i never thought would be achievable.
Im not an OG but joined pre-covid. Everyone i have messaged was always kind in their response and willing to help and that means a lot.
Some are shopping a payment and spoon feeding works there, others that enjoy the hack will learn.
Im still learning from yall here. The porsche >220k msrp, not sure any average user like myself would even know where to begin as i learned porsche cpo programs are not public knowledge.

The funny thing about being a Real Estate Landlord is that objectively speaking, your renters are actually not your customers which is why many tenants and landlords have contentious relationships. The tenant thinks they are paying so much rent that they deserve more yet the landlord isn’t making much money on the rent so that repairs and upgrades cost a lot in terms of cash flow.

Economically speaking renters are being subsidized by a variety of people including the federal government (tax breaks/low interest mortgages/section8/etc), other investors and stakeholders.

You make a ton of money on the appreciating value of your real property. No tears being shed from anyone that you got paperwork and maintenance work orders to deal with.

That’s the problem. When landlords don’t have cash, how are they supposed to pay for things. (Yeah yeah yeah, they’re supposed to have reserves and other shit, but then again, EQS weren’t supposed to go for 3xx a month either according to benzandbowties)

How about SAL’ing their X7, X3, or one of their 2 Porsches… or selling some Birkins.

It’s actually really easy to do but very difficult for people to do the work. Being a Landlord is easy as hell but people are too lazy honestly.

Section 8 rentals is easy af. Find a cheapass house in the midwest with high rent to home price ratio. Make sure its not a criminal neighborhood but blue collar working families. Congrats, now buy the house and get a section 8 tenant inside.
