I’m not really sure how they structured the deal, all I know is that I’m paying $922 a month tax in with only first month payment at drive off!
I think it’s an strong deal, especially for FL.
Deal was done via messenger and the salesman I worked with was a true no BS kinda guy, really awesome to work with. They have great inventory and they seem really aggressive about blowing things out. It helped tremendously that I knew exctly which car I wanted and what payment I wanted.
If you look at the lease contract, what does the “agreed upon selling price” of the vehicle show? And did you qualify for any BMW loyalty incentives? Any MSD?
So u signed a deal with out seeing a breakdown of the deal u didn’t verify MF or RV with edmunds u basically didn’t do your home work this is becoming a Norm now people signing deals with out breaking the deal down.
I know there is a 2750 rebate, doc fee is $799, I transferred my lease turn-in tag. The part I don’t get is a cap cost reduction of $2,219.05 which I never paid!
I’ve been playing around with different variables on some of the calculators, also seeing what other deals/payments done on these cars. That payment seemed about what’s offered across the board on LH.
And are the other deals from the same month, in the same area, with the same incentives/rv/mf? There aren’t exactly a lot of x6M50 deals that come through here.
That’s exactly the issue with these cars, not many deals get done on them, so not much info abound. I merely looked at what was being offered through some of the brokers here and attempted to match the best deal I’ve seen so far here, all while doing it in FL which is notoriously bad.
but you totally ignored all the information that lets you know if you did or not. With different incentives and local costs in each market, comparing monthly doesn’t tell you that, unless you’re comparing two deals in the same market by someone that qualifies for all the same incentives, etc.
Very good point indeed. I probably could’ve held out for something better and may have gotten something a little stronger, but I honestly didn’t care to dig much deeper once I got to the 1% rule. Moreover, these guys were the best deal by far out of three dealers that worked on it for me.
This truck is for my wife and her current lease is expiring next week, so that’s one thing I needed to get off my plate
But seriously… do yourself a favor in the future and determine if something is a good deal based on actual numbers rather than a useless made up rule that doesn’t actually tell you anything.
Totally get that you are happy with your numbers, but when people post to this section of the forum, they typically do so to give transparency to the discount potential at the given mf (in your region) which contributes to the forum. Your post has given us nothing but your payment and incentives. This post would belong in the Trophy Garage not this section (not that I personally think it does).
