Can you explain? Owner is BMWFS. You take over the lease. Owner is still BMWFS. Why would tax be due? TX tax was paid when the lease was started.

Another question. You sure MSDs are not $1400? It would be $1050 if payment (including tax) was under $150/mo.

I believe the pre-tax payment rounds up. So 150 * 7 MSDs is 1050.

MSD for BMWFS is post monthly payment after tax rounded up to the next $50.

Yes, at lease end as long as all payments have been made and the car is returned without chargable damage.
