Doc fee is capped at $175. A dealer can add a dealer fee or prep fee or fee fee in any amount. They just cant call it a doc fee.

Correct, NYS doc is $175.

So you charge an additional $824 for dealer processing fee?

dealer processing fee? lol no

We quote everyone individually, we don’t do sheets or advertise pricing publicly.

We’re dealers

~$999 fee can also be aftermarket product/addendum which they have then they are disclosed.

Then what does the $999 fee listed in the calculations above include?

It’s not a deal of a specific vehicle.

Those calculation is our highest msrp car, most we charge in DMV, fees and sales tax.

We rather advertise higher fees and tax rate then adjust to exact car and fees depending on the customer.

For example, if you are from nj on one of our three deals posted above, tax rate will drop to 6.625%

If you are transferring plates from NY dmv fee will be $65.

Should we have wheel locks, dash cams and cross bar installed already on the few last telluride we have left of 2025, we will add those items in your lease.

Whatever you qualify and is appropriate for your fees will be on the contract.

Unlike brokers with no regulations and most of them having their offices in their basements, we the licensed franchise retailer/dealer gets random audits all the time between dmv, consumers affairs, bank and factory where random deal jackets are always pulled to see things like appropriate taxes and fees are presented before sign on the order then contracts.

And I get it’s these deals are too good to be true. On top of that, we don’t charge close to $1000 in doc or $500-1000 in broker fee.

You’re welcome for having an unbeatable deal available for our leasehackr members for Black Friday week!

Thank you for sharing the deals. Some of the prices look good, but the $999 dealer fee is confusing. It seems higher than we usually see, so it’s hard to know the real cost.

if your not into transparency do you. I prefer those who are upfront and dont back peddle or nor directly answer a question without hyperbole regardless of “dealer/broker”. His response sounded exactly like a “dealer” padding with addons would respond.

He explained it. Sounded like or not we can agree to disagree. Just no point painting all dealers with the same brush. Still i agree, it is good you pointed it out.

these deals are mostly on left over 2025s with addons already and our calculation is the worst case scenario. most people that already got these deals and getting deals this week are all getting less than advertised.

We’re just not those ppl here advertising “absolute best/lowest" pricing.

Max fees Max dmv cost and based on our highest MSRP of the trim we have in stock.

A lot of people here choose to pay $799+ in doc and $599+ in broker fees. NOT US
