Hello everyone! I’m trying to work out a deal on a 2019 VW Jetta SEL. I test drove it last night and really enjoyed it! The unit I’m targeting has been on the lot for over 100 days according to CarGurus. I’ve been trying to use the calculator here, but I don’t know if I’m doing it right as far as the incentives are concerned. 2019 Jetta SEL Premium - $320 a month good lease deal?

2019 Jetta SEL premium MSRP: 28,500 Negotiated Price: 24,500 (3,000 discount and 1,000 rebate) I believe the lease end value was given at around 16K. I will use 1,200 dollars from my trade in as the down payment The offer given was 36months/12k miles at 320 dollars a month. The state I live in is NC. Is this a decent deal?
