But this isn’t the contract. This is the quote. If they had made this offer and then on the contract snuck in a bunch of extra stuff, it would be a different story.
I do agree that bait and switch is morally reprehensible/shady, but calling it dishonest implies more than that.
Their website has the typical “advertised pricing does not include extra fees” disclaimer.
Fees would never be listed on a window sticker. That’s not how window stickers work.
It also shows a lower discount than what was included in this quote.
It really should be a totally irrelevant point though. Surprise add ons are only an issue if you ask the dealer how much they want you to pay and allow them to drive negotiations. If you take control of the negotiations by making them an offer established with buy rate mf and no add ons, and they agree to your final number, if they want to move things around on the back end to mark up the mf or show some add ons because it helps their business model, it doesn’t matter to you if the final numbers are what you agreed to.
I got them down more today I will post pics after. $340 a month is the final number. I sign at 4pm
I moved on to another dealership and had them match it and take off fees. This morning the other dealership came back cheaper: I had Platinum match it and will sign later today and post pics. Final number $340/m
Could get another $1,500 off with Jeep website TDM.
How can you generate it? I’ve been trying it for a while, using diffirent browsers and still no luck.
