If these are through Stellantis or Chrysler Capital the money factor is definitely marked up on both.

I asked the edmunds forum tonight to see actual MF/R #s I will see if they make sense. I think they are marking up with the LH calc (but I remember reading a while ago LH’s calc is broken for a moment).
Is it worth it to you is the real question? Seems to be very close to the deal you wanted. How much are they providing in rebates?
Youre a super supporter so you have access to the programs through rate findr. You pay to not have to waste your time with edmunds.
I thought LHs MF was off has it been fixed?
I’m working on a deal for a JGC Anniversary Edition 4xe and the numbers were spot on. You should be good!
Generally the only time theyre questionable for cdjr is if youre checking on the first day or two after a program change for the month, but edmunds would also be subject to incomplete info then.
Was able to somewhat hack one of these. Had to find a dealer well outside city where 4xe just don’t move. Found a demo with 3k miles for extra .3% off msrp
Overall very nice car and decent deal.
441 a month, 24 7.5. Taxes, first month and dealer fees up front. About $2800 down, rolled acquisition fee into deal.
Seems 24 Overland 4xe is a 40k car masquerading as 80k car. Interior with Nappa leather is nice but drivetrain…on trips longer than ~20 miles it’s driven in gas mode so it’s a 4 cyl 2.0l 275hp engine from the old 1996 Chrysler block. Curious to hear Anyone who has one, how is it to drive in gas mode only?
There is no gas only mode on the 4xe. Full power remains avaliable even when the battery shows <1%. It still uses electric assist for acceleration like a normal hybrid.
didnt end up getting it I still think its high for the 2 year (my down goes to waste) if they contact me with better pricing I might consider
Let’s be honest, this is the case for 90% of the car market at that price point today. That’s why we hack them.
Today’s JD Power trade-in is low 40s on 4xe Overland. Carvana is at 36k and carmax at 39k. SFS 24/10 residual is 56% of ~81K! SFS is going to be booking massive >30k turn in hits in 2027. Maybe they’ll make it up in volume.
Are you sure? What happens when the battery is completely discharged. I drove 24 Wrangler 4xe with the same powertrain on a ~100 mile trip and after about 11 miles the car noticeably lost power when the gas engine fired up. It was loud and felt underpowered. Gas engine stayed on for the duration of the trip.
Very sure.
It doesnt completely discharge the battery unless you do something extreme (like floor it up a long, steep incline while towing a heavy load for a long period of time).
The battery maintains about a 15% reserve capacity when it displays <1% that it will very rapidly and aggressively recharge if it dips much into. You can observe this all happening in the hybrid pages in the infotainment where you monitor power flow.
There is some difference in throttle response when the engine is running, but the available power doesn’t go away.
It’s all insured
CJDR is the worst.
For a 2-row, realistically 4 passenger, SUV from a non-luxury brand everyone else is in the 40s for a nicely equipped one.
is the acquisition fee from the lender? If they are adding on after the credit app is that funny business?
Acquisition fee is from the lessor, there isn’t any getting out of it. Maybe it should be disclosed before credit app but it certainly shouldn’t be a surprise since you researched before hand.
his original Acquisition fee was 695 (i just checked) he said the lender adds the 995 after credit app. Does it change after app or…?
