Do you know where I can find the monthly US Bank residual rates / MRM, Money Factor, and Mileage Adjustment tables that you have posted above? I can find them for Ally bank, but haven’t had much luck for Ally.

Information on TOYOTA TRUCK Leasing in Texas
If you are looking to lease a Tundra on 24/12k mile, your payment is between $450 - $475.
For Tacoma Lease, it is well over $500.
Still better than $800 above payment that you will pay on 72 months term for Tundra and it is better than $700 above payment that you will pay on 60 months term for Tacoma, but if you do not want to pay that, I suggest you wait it out until mid July to late July until the inventory gets replenished.

Yeah, so…
Tacoma 4WD stayed pretty much the same and Tundra 4WD (TSS Off-Road or TRD Sport) went from 78 last month to 73 this month. I’d expect higher payment on that!
