Yep! I got paid $120 for driving $43k Camaro LT1 for 15 months and 8000 miles. Called up few Chevy dealers around and one was able get me $6120 check back in equity. Jeep Rubicon 4xE here I come!
Don’t forget to report those $120 as capital gains on your tax return
Are you going to rat fink him to the IRS? lol
Is this the record so far for LT1 drivers?
Not sure if it’s a record or not but this forum is the best with how much knowledge it provided me about car leases.
I don’t think anyone has kept an lt1 for 15 months so it must be a record
I’m on my 15th month
@Artem you’re gonna get beat here if he doesn’t make more than $120 than you!
In january i got an offer from driveway for 44k on my 43.9k msrp, was also 6k over buyout but I like the LT1 too much lmao. I’m only 24 so I have time to drive grandpa cars like the 4xe for the rest of my life
u take that back
Got paid $3500 to drive mine for about 5 mos.
You’re gonna miss the LT1. Enjoy the 4xe!
I really miss my LT1
Last car I drove drove was a Nissan Batrol. (With a 700hp engine, but still a Batrol).
For a second there I thought you said “for 5 Min.”
Oookay I need my coffee
Think it’s time to let my lt1 go. Going to shop offers this weekend had since 1/21 been a blast to have.
How much did you sell it for? Just got offer from driveway over sticker price
If I can break even I might try doing this myself… have. 2015 Lexus IS350 that just keeps getting older…
I don’t think GM Financial allows lease purchases outside of Chevrolet/GM network dealers.
