How to Lease a Cadillac LYRIQ for $399/Month with $0 Down

But is it OK to apply for Tech trim?
This is what my dealer told me.
Why the dealers do NOT want to apply it? They are not loosing any money doing that, correct? Am I missing anything?

Ok let me rephrase the question differently since I have been doing that. The Ultium cash cars incentive does that get added as a boost to residual or subtract that from the MSRP as incentive, like costco, supplier, conquest ?

Ya that doesn’t make much sense-

Well, they can’t sell it over sticker if it’s supplier- so … that might be why.

Zenek, for what its worth i use the gmsupplier site and they all say that the supplier 1K is not factored for Lyriq. I guess its only the CCR, Costco, Conquest thats stackable and then whatever you can haggle off the MSRP from the dealer.

It was a rate enhancement- GM now just lumped it into the residual so dealers don’t screw it up and can’t fund the deal.

Then I don’t get it!

Haha. Thanks for confirmation.

$3k conquest blocks $1k supplier and vice versa in the Ratefinder. Maybe Ratefinder is correct.

My eyes are crossed from sending out quotes today- totally could be the case-

PS: When did the1% of MSRP hack become the .5% of MSRP hack? #yeesh

The line of item is called something like EV supplier discount versus the regular Supplier discount. It’s odd that GM treat them differently in the backend between EV and ICE models. I think the sales just got confused

Regular supplier requires dealer to sell at 1% below invoice. Lyriq supplier “allowance” does not.

Who cares if you can stack all available rebates for 20% off? LOL

My dealer says there is only one 2K CCR and not 2 for 4k. Is he correct? Rate findr shows 2 for my zipcode.

I think the extra 2K of CCR only applies to select units (?) Seems to be only for specific aged Tech inventory in certain markets.

The rate findr description says "Eligibility:

Vehicle must exclude GM R7T tagged vehicles." For both.

Anyone know if I can also apply the GM family first $2,500 allowance on top of these or is that not stackable?
