How to Lease a Cadillac LYRIQ for $399/Month with $0 Down

I was just thinking this! What if I hadn’t bought in January / car hadn’t arrived until now and I held onto my $5k private rebate… I’d be able to stack that with $3k conquest…

Better and more realistic scenario: my Sport 2, that I walked away from on Jan 2, was still sitting on the dealer’s lot

GM has a broad definition of luxury

Could someone check and see if Alabama has any incentives? Or would I need to pickup in a state that does? FL,GA,TN,TX?

i want to see LH dealers start to put the numbers together on whats possible. So far I only saw one lease that was signed for a lux1 in NJ by a member for $499.

Not quite. Still early on for this vehicle on LH.

This deal is a specific trim, which dealers don’t have many. Other trims have far worse numbers. A lot of hoops to jump through for incentives, including GM choosing random cities. Also factor in most Cadillac dealers seem to be profit margin motivated vs volume.

When GM brings down MF to Blazer EV levels, units will start moving.

If they are like the Blazer EV incentives, they are city based vs by region. For example there is $4k Conquest in Birmingham, but no where else in the state. I also believe it is where the buyer resides vs where you get the vehicle from.

So Escalade IQ for $599 :joy: coming soon :call_me_hand: #noted

But seriously, great deal on the LYRIQ only if I wasn’t stuck with my “overpriced” Tesla Y, hmm, maybe burry the $7K negative equity for the next 2 years-

My local Cadillac had an ad for $243 monthly $5999 down. Effectively $409 monthly before TTL. 36 months.

I made an appointment and got the bait and switch. They said it was sold.

Anyway I sat in a car and it was very bare bones and the seats felt cheap, like a old cab. Didn’t like it and definitely does not feel like. Luxury car.

yeah, only the package 3 with Nappa leather makes a real difference, but the RV is too low to get a good leasing deal atm. Just sit and watch how GM is going to deal with the situation.

This is what i got so far in writing from one dealer FOR TECH TRIM RWD. Cannot make LH calculator works with the info provided LOL. With the below selling price I am getting $420/m.

MSRP $58950
Selling price $56900

$385.89/m
24/10
$648.39 due at signing

$2000 CCR INCREMENTAL
$1000 COSTCO
$2000 CCR
$3000 CONQUEST

$1000 . GMEV SUPPLIER. THIS IS STACKABLE.

Anyone know whether the good trims are actually a good deal?

you need to define good trims and a good deal

Luxury 2 or 3 and deal is whatever the community deems good.

I would say the Luxury 2 and 3s seem to be a better deal than they were last Fall / when these cars were supply constrained, but I wouldn’t call them a LH special at this stage based on the data we’re seeing so far.

I bought mine fully understanding it was not going to be a deal of the century, but the Luxury / Sport 2 and 3 trim upgrades make a huge difference in the feel.

As the year progresses though I wouldn’t be surprised to see the good deals spread to the 2s and 3s. For now, GM is trying to dump the Tech trim cars it seems and using them as a way to conquest lessees to the brand; historically I don’t think Cadillac has really been all that serious about leasing the way the Germans are.

can You add $1k GM supplier?

Not available on Sport 1

Cool, so I know its all regional but what do leases look like on SPORT2 and SPORT3 trims - are dealers passing the discounts and this becomes decent lease ?

I’ve got discounts and MSRP’s listed in the MP- run your own deal with the rate finder and see!?
