HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 4)

Most of the time, they require you to be listed as a personal guarantor on the business lease anyway, and if it’s in your name and youre the guarantor, it can be applied.

I’ve used TDMs in my name on business leases.

Anyone check the spring used market on these recently or can pull an MMR? I’m considering getting out of mine during peak Wrangler season. My lease is up in Oct.

21 Sahara 4xe Hard Top (all body colored) 13k miles, like new condition. Recalls done. Thx in advance.

The values have tanked on these so I’m guessing low 30s

And yet again, another MAJOR advantage to leasing. Let the bank take the depreciation hit. Enjoy the Jeep during “peak Wrangler season,” hope for an “Indian Summer,” have it inspected, & drop it off in October. Walk away. Just be careful where you put that body colored hard top when you take it off.

Yup. I’ve got a 23 loaded Sahara 67k sticker and would be lucky to get high 30s. But I’ll enjoy the next two years with it. Even got dirty on a muddy Vermont washed out road a week ago.

Just adding a data point - reached out to my dealer I picked up from 2021 4XE Sahara from to see what a replacement would run, nearly identical specs, payments are roughly $175 more per month in the low 500’s. :face_vomiting:

They’re way too much fun to get rid of, especially for the stupidly low price. Other than the insurance continues to increase.

That must be pumpkin??

Yup. After all the flips I wanted one exactly the way I wanted, Punkn, SOT and both safety.

Signed back when we thought 7500 was going away so I’m at $500 a month but it’s paid for with house money at this point

Lol, haven’t even tried getting that thing off yet. I might as well put some miles on it, take it to FL and such.

SOT is the one thing I regret not trying on one of my Jeep’s. I know there are huge fans of it, but I still feel that I wouldn’t love it on a keeper.

Having had many flips without it, it’s really a no brainer for the added cost and benefit… there are the devotees who want to take the doors off and go full summer Jeep-ness, but I prefer just pushing a button.

Of course living in MA it’s rare to have a day when I can actually enjoy it (including my kids who for some reason prefer air conditioning)

I have a 21 4XE Sahara thats lease is coming up in November. I honestly don’t even like it that much but was still kind of considering getting another if it was cheap enough. Looks like I’m gonna have to find something else to hack.

Not so, depending where you live you can still get into these for around $300. Last one I signed on was a 24 Sahara for around $350. Marketplace has plenty of brokers offering deals. 🐶 AutoCompanion.com Apr CDJR 2024 - $350/Month GC 4XE Base - $294/Month Wrangler Sahara 4xe FIRESALE - #1210 by nash732

The SOT is a wonderful option. My '22 Sahara has it. When it was my daily, as long as it wasn’t raining I had the top open. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, & crank up the heat.

Mine did have a leak in the front left that would only leak when the Jeep was sitting outside during a hard rain storm. I brought it to the dealer and they did replace the entire top & assembly under warranty.

Yeah, potential leaking and the maintenance of the top is what steered me away.

I like my jeeps to be zombie proof . Also, I really like the way it looks in my color. Almost like a baby G.

I might even do a full circle and buy this thing at the end. Buyout is $35k.

Yeah sting is a great color for most Jeep’s, especially on the Sahara with the painted top and black rims.

I really didn’t care for my zynith at all initially (it is the second worst color for a Wrangler, next to white IMO). I’ve actually grown to really like the paint. Super easy to maintain and it makes the black bits pop.

Any plan for an extended warranty after the buyout?
I’m considering the same for my '22 Rubicon, but this engine and electronics package have me hesitant…

It’s weird everyone’s color preferences. So subjective. I love the bright white on the Sahara with the black wheels. I also really like it in the High Altitude trim with the painted bumper and fender and black gloss grill which creates that nice color contrast that really pops. To each their own! :beers:
