Indeed, but the collective sentiment is that it has to be fully “in the system” for the best automated and other algorithmic based quotes.
LHs have confirmed multiple times that they are offering even under 50k now - I believe the dealer is stocker up on used 4xes for now
Just wait for that tax credit to go away and prices will jump maybe…
Keeping my Gobi Rubicon while I wait on my M3Comp to arrive.
Doubt it. Dealers will be discounting the 4XE new. There is a lot of new inventory out there now just sitting there at msrp.
I don’t know…I still see mark ups on cars on dealer lots. More than likely, dealers have figured out what flippers are doing and have reduced their offers.
What year/trim is this a pic of?
I still haven’t seen proof of this in the MMR data posted thus far.
Cars.com has 920 4xe listed for sale .
Few weeks back it was around 600.
Inventory is getting higher with less buyers. in coming months from September to March…
Offers might drop more…
2022 Rubicons, looks like GMTV dumped their inventory as @z0lt3c mentioned
New? Used? Both?
Really torn on this. Thought about ordering a bare bones Rubicon in Earl, but hearing that dealers have inventory incoming and with GMTV dumping on the market, seems pretty risky. Now how does that change when fewer people qualify for a tax credit…arghhhh!
What ever happened with the potential Willys 4XE trim? Is that actually coming or was that just heresay?
IF it is planned, makes no sense to release it when production is at capacity. I’d personally love to see a high residual on a willys that gets the 7500 incentive though.
Is there incoming Rubi inventory? I’ve seen a lot of Sahara but not Rubi at least here in MA
I don’t know what trim specifically, they just mentioned 4xes in general.
Don’t order unless you want it for yourself. Many of us have been chanting that since this all started.
Used are 900
Both New and Used are around 3500
Theres still some money to be made but it depends where you are and keeping it a simple build. Im thinking of pursuing diminished value for my fender bender I just had, and reached out to a local Jeep dealer for an offer. I didnt mention the accident just to see what I could get and they offered $59k on a $63k sticker. That wouldve put $10k in my pocket. My other 4xe has 4900 miles and Vroom offered $56k on a $60k sticker. I know Vroom doesnt buy leases but im sure I could take that offer to a dealer. I have gotten some low offers too. $44k from Algo on the clean Jeep and $43k from Driveo on the fender bender Jeep. Milwaukee area is still charging $3-5k over sticker. All but one were willing to sell at invoice with affiliate.
Wow…definitely a better market than Cali.
Anyone flips in northern CA? I got 49k offer in 57k MSRP Sahara 4xe, which at best break even. 9% discount, 2k transportation, 1k registration fee.
