I have one currently in production. It entered production 3 days ago. So it could be built?
the Jeep tracker shows as in production?
Yes and I received the jeep wave email confirming.
Sweet⌠what date did you order it?
6/30. I ordered a sister the same day and production is supposed to start on it tomorrow.
Adding some data points on offers I have gotten on my 4xe over the past 2 weeks. Still waiting on registration so most of the big buyers are not giving me offers. Location is mid-west region and most of my local dealers have 0-1 used 4XEâs on their lots. If anything they might have 1 or 2 new Sahara 4xe but 0 new Rubicon 4xe on their lots.
'22 Rubicon Hard Top, Painted Fenders, Safety, Cold Weather, Cloth at $65K MSRP / $66K after price increase.
Offers Week of 8/8:
Local Toyota Dealer $56K
Local Jeep Dealers 1&2 both at $60K
Local Honda Dealer $60K
Autonation $55.5K
DriveO $57.9 (475 miles to closest location)
CarMax - $TBD no offer until registration
Carvanna - $TBD no offer until registration
Pushed for $61K and none of them would budge.
Offers week of 8/15:
2 new Local Jeep Dealers 3&4 at $62K
Not sure if auction numbers improved this week and resulted in the stronger offers, but I think I will likely sell this weekend as $62K to one of my local dealers. I mostly emailed dealers and texted pictures to get offers.
Nice.
also proof itâs so helpful once you have a strong offer to use that as the baseline when you deal with other dealers. (I have 60k from another Jeep Store can you beat it). It weeds out who wants to compete and drives the number to a nice profit.
MMR actually dipped
Whatâs it at now for Rubis?
Can you sell to local Jeep dealers without registration?
Anyone got any high quotes to trade in from a California dealer and would be willing to share?
Or any Michigan dealers?
Yes (at least typically) - Iâve done without issue
depends on the state. you canât here in FL.
How do RVs only go up 1? I have 2-23s on order but the way this is going, I canât justify accepting either one. I understand inflation, shortages, blah blah blah, but who in their right mind is paying 6-700 a month for a Jeep? It was fun when it was an overpriced mess for 400$ a month, itâs not fun anymore, where are my Fiskers?
I got one inbound just going to flip it then RV or MF doesnât matter. I wish they would give us some decent rates so we could keep it.
Why does your payment matter if youâre flipping? Just get it and dump it within a week
The value matters, which for me in NJ are pretty much useless. So the payment matters if I need to get âstuckâ with it. I always plan on getting stuck with one, but for 6-700 a month, why? Sure Iâve ordered and sold a few, but Iâm not really a flipper, Itâs just getting more painful to see any value in these things.
Donât you get no sales tax in NJ if you were to purchase it? So why not balloon loan it for a lower payment then flip it when you want
