Here’s a feeler for what I’m getting now in Southern CA for a Gobi 2022 Wrangler Sahara w/color body hard top and Safety package at 1100 miles w/MSRP $59,600:
Carvana $48k
Algo $52k
Autonation $49k
GMTV $47k
Rodo $47k
Carmax $52k
Local Dealer: $54k
Looks like local dealer offers will be the highest currently. Will need to shop around more.
I used Google Maps for the closest dealers to me cause I’m lazy…haha
Go to each website and under used inventory they have “Sell your car or trade-in value.” For some dealers they use Carfax, KBB, or Edmunds offer. I’ve gotten 1 call and multiple emails within an hour. Of course they will have to inspect to confirm offer.
Just out of curiosity, I got offers for my 22, 64k msrp black Sahara with SOT, cold weather, safety, advanced safety, and tow package. Most offers were 52-53k, but Driveway offered 57k. Not really interested in selling, but I thought that was decent.
Partially Ourisman’d/Mitch’d, he swore he wasn’t running my credit and I never received a credit hit alert. Sure enough, check credit karma, hard pull from Ourisman. My credit is good enough so I don’t really care about a pull, however, to do this twice for one Jeep is ridiculous.
Agreed. I would freeze my reports so they don’t do it again until arrival/delivery. Doesn’t really make any sense for them to do it now since the approval obviously expires by the time it comes in
Carvana must be regional specific. The local Carmax offer was within $79 of the Carvana offer. Meanwhile the jeep dealer across the street from Carmax was $6,500 less.
