Careful…the ole lady won’t like the lyric ‘for a good time, for a good time ca all’…accusations will fly.
I’m curious to see how many people on the street notice
Does anyone who has an order date in and around June 23 gone past “sourcing parts” or whatever it is - scheduling parts…. Anyone in build phase yet?
DP: ordered 6/23,
had a VIN 6/28
Car is now in the “we’ve received the parts and waiting to get built” stage (as of 7/19). Prior to that they were collecting the parts or whatever the verbiage is. Hoping I can get it before mid-august when my BMW transfer is done.
To confirm, if CCAP doesn’t allow 3P buyouts, I will need to buyout the vehicle myself, pay tax on the whole RV + lease cost, and then find someone to buy it (ideally) above the total price of RV + lease cost + tax I paid?
Location: FL
Also, @Bostoncarconcierge - saw you mentioned you got your jeep leased through a CU instead of CCAP? Is that an option for these 4xes? Sorry not super familiar with using CUs.
They’ve got my parts, they just are waiting to begin building it now. Think factory is closed this week, so they’ll resume next week, so expecting to see changes to status early next week.
No sir that’s for a 392
I did chat twice. It’s in my wife’s name, only way I can pretend to be her, ha.
That is a strong discount. Is this posted anywhere, or did it come form him directly? Thanks
I know a guy! Maybe. OK maybe not but email Greg. He’s a gladiator lover/owner and does great graphics.
That came from him directly.
But @Clutch is at 8.5/9.5 and only $219 dealer fee (Gupton is $506). That is, if Clutch hasn’t sold the special discounted jeeps already, in which case it goes back to 8/9%.
I see, off of MSRP. I was thinking invoice. Thanks.
Ah. Thanks for letting me know. I edited the post to clarify.
Can anyone confirm with 100% certainty that the 3rd party buyout for CCAP is now market based?
I dont have a CCAP acct so I cant call and speak with anyone about it.
Im still waiting on Vroom to tell me their payoff from CC. All I can say is that the Jeep dealer down the street told me last week that it is 100% different price. But the dealer I bought it from says the opposite??
I called this morning and got my payoff through CCAP and when I asked for the dealer payoff the rep wouldn’t provide it. Which is different than what I went through last month on my previous 4xe. I asked if it was the same payoff and she said it could be a little bit higher but wouldn’t provide any more info. I pressed a bit but got nowhere. She didn’t come across as the most knowledgeable rep compared to others I’ve dealt with recently so I’m not convinced one way or the other yet…
They charge $350 purchase option fee for 3rd party buyouts. If that’s what they mean by “higher” then there’s nothing to worry about
Yea, its definitely different. Just not sure how much yet! The $350 is on MY payoff too
The $350 purchase option fee is also charged to personal buyouts though so that alone shouldn’t account for any difference.
