I see selling prices with quite a bit of variation - what’s the best place to get an estimate for near me? I’ve checked cars.com which has a few dozen listings but mostly by dealers that don’t actually have the vehicle or they show $5k off until you go to their page and it’s full msrp,etc.

I didn’t look through all the regions, but west coast definitely didn’t have it for any terms. They are linked somewhere in the thread (probably around the 3rd of the month?).The only region that I recall having the waiver still was south east.

Considering purchasing outright instead of lease - advantages are - avoid rent charge, risk of ccap stopping third party sales, acquisition fee, and disposition fee - disadvantages are I pay full sales tax and have to float the $7500 credit for about a year (unless Congress changes rules)

Am I missing any other pros/cons?

You need to lease it to get 7,500 off the sales price. You can immediately buy a few weeks later. If congress changed the rules it wouldn’t matter for you since you can just buy it.

Every TRX and Wrangler 392 I see is facing price cuts. Not sure if the used ones left listed were overpriced on the get go (all in the 90’s) or if that’s the general market overheating and responding to more built units being out there in the world.
