I always saw the vision of Tuscadero

Yup. It is crazy. Same outfit offered me $45k a couple months ago. It is completely random.

My daughter would lease that.

If one goes for a bare-bones 392, could that be picked up more quickly vs. a kitted out 392? Any feedback on that, by chance?

What are your thoughts on 392 lease vs. finance? I assume the lease will be somewhere in the 700s-800s depending on terms, MSRP, and spec? What’s a better option to at least ensure no neg equity while enjoying the 392?

My assumption is 392 is a small % of the production mix, so the plants fill them as components and slots are available. My FCA buddy told me the SRT products are pretty much order only. They’ll build them if there are orders in the system but won’t randomly provide allocation.

I might have to get one for mine. I’ve seen some that start life as a remote control version and then you can hand control off to the kid.

My 4XE didn’t have blind-spot and it was super annoying some days. Like, crane my neck, don’t think a car is there but am not 100% sure, so foot down and go for the gap. Not a great process.

I would at least get the Safety Group ($995, blind-spot, crisis traffic, and park sense).

Where are you located? LA?

I noticed the offers change a decent amount based on zip.

Minnesota! Closest one to me is an hourish away. I requested an online appraisal and had to send 13 pics in since the automated one didn’t work

I believe you do have to wait for your CCAP account to be completely created, to be able to sell? Not sure how long you’ve had yours…

Had it for 3 weeks now. I have my plates and Chrysler account set up online. I do really want to keep it as the HA is honestly amazing, but it is tempting. Is it really easy as just taking the car there and they cut you a check? No tax on the equity?

Ahh ok, so you’ve had it a little bit. Yeah, so you should be go to good in terms of selling. I haven’t personally sold to CarMax, but it seems fairly easy from what I’ve heard. TECHNICALLY, profit from the purchase/sell would be subject to capital gains tax. Do many on here pay it, or is it something you should pay? The ethics/choice of that is yours…

Technically, this in unclear. Could be capital gains, could be straight income tax, could be none of the above.

Yes, carmax is easy. The only thing easier is carvana coming to your driveway to give you the check instead of having to leave your house.

I have a gecko currently at home and a Tuscadero sitting at Gupton waiting to ship to me. I can’t wait to get both and take the Watermelon Sugar Instagram video lol

Random question.

If we order with price protection and Jeep has a price increase would the RV snd MSRP be based on the MSRP at time of order or at time of production ?

RV cannot be protected. Some dealers will price protect over the changes of MSRP.

Same with ALgo. Although my neighbors probably thought I was being repo’d.

I know RV can’t.

Example. I order at MSRP $60,000
Selling price $54,000 (10% discount for easy math)

MSRP changes to $62,500 before delivery.

Would my lease RV be based on $62,500 or $60,000?

I know the selling price stays $54,000 and RV and MF is based on the program for that month.
