HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 1)

,

The 4xe doesn’t appear to have a locking charge port, which would suggest that the unlock mechanism on the grizzle is probably the one being stubborn. Does it feel different when you press the unlock button?

That moment when you send your wife to the dmv to get her plates and it’s closed on Veterans Day :rofl: whoops

As promised, with wheels swapped out. Someone asked about offset in this thread and for reference these are 0 offset, which I think has just enough poke without looking like a toy monster truck.

Agreed, I love the simplicity of those wheels.

Damn that looks nice. You think I need these for my local Starbucks runs?

Might need beadlocks for that. Better safe than sorry.

2 inch lift to work off the frappacino flab.

Method 703 (17 x 8.5) in gunmetal
285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers

Comes out to a 33” wheel/tire combo, which is the same as comes stock on the Rubicon. I’m not lifting this thing so I think it fills out nicely.

Of course - these are almost strictly for picking up the kids at school :joy:

how is the noise level now? To be honest, I wasn’t too happy with my upgraded tires. I’m letting them go with the car when ALgo picks it up. I’d still like to have more aggressive tires on the '22 Sahara when it comes, but won’t be getting those same ones.

What tires did you have? I’ve had nitto ridge grapplers before and they’re fine. They’re going to be louder than the stock Saharas for sure, but only minimally and really only at highway speeds. Nitto claims they’re one of the quietest all-terrains and I tend to believe them.

What is better 9.75% off MSRP or 4% off invoice. How much is invoice different from MSRP

It really depends on your options, but the biggest hit is the initial difference in base price, 9.75 will save you a lot

Nice. I believe there is no requirements as far as length of ownership? I.e. you could pick up the Mach E and sell the following week, and still receive the tax break? lol

Never heard of these but anything mud terrain is going to be significantly louder than a standard all-terrain. I would stick with an AT tire if your concerned about noise, there are some beauty’s out there as you can see!

Absolutely awesome. This is an awesome look!
