HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 1)

,

Was that done in vehicle or via the web?

So my Jeep is “pending final inspection” however, the build sheet hasn’t popped up on Crypto Stickers. Is that normal?

Over inflation at the factory/dealer…ensure you’re at proper range, mine wants 36 lbs.

Reminds me of a Rush 1980 song Red Barchetta, when ‘motorcars’ are outlawed:
"My uncle has a country place
That no one knows about
He says it used to be a farm
Before the Motor Law
And on Sundays I elude the eyes
And hop the Turbine Freight
To far outside the Wire
Where my white-haired uncle waits

Jump to the ground
As the Turbo slows to cross the borderline
Run like the wind
As excitement shivers up and down my spine
Down in his barn
My uncle preserved for me an old machine
For fifty odd years
To keep it as new has been his dearest dream

I strip away the old debris
That hides a shining car
A brilliant red Barchetta
From a better vanished time
I fire up the willing engine
Responding with a roar
Tires spitting gravel
I commit my weekly crime

Wind
In my hair
Shifting and drifting
Mechanical music
Adrenaline surge…

Well-weathered leather
Hot metal and oil
The scented country air
Sunlight on chrome
The blur of the landscape
Every nerve aware

Suddenly ahead of me
Across the mountainside
A gleaming alloy air car
Shoots towards me, two lanes wide
I spin around with shrieking tires
To run the deadly race
Go screaming through the valley
As another joins the chase

Drive like the wind
Straining the limits of machine and man
Laughing out loud with fear and hope
I’ve got a desperate plan
At the one-lane bridge
I leave the giants stranded at the riverside
Race back to the farm
To dream with my uncle at the fireside"

Some on this forum will be those white-haired uncles beyond the wire, unaddicted to their trackers (cell phones-‘elude the eyes’), still burning illegal fuel.

Any news yet if the dealers have the '22 Wrangler 4Xe configurator and pricing yet?

Just received the MY22 Wrangler order guides.

I’ve only looked at 4xe and 392 so far.

Nothing sticks out on the options front as being new. Sting Grey and Hydro as High Altitude options will be awesome for the 4xe.

Zenith Silver is not in the order guides yet but is becoming available at some point.

Base MSRP for 2022 4xe Sahara-52530
Base MSRP for 2022 4xe HA-58105
Base MSRP for 2022 4xe Rubicon-56230

This info should be pinned so it doesnt get requested 4000 times

I’m bringing my tire gauge with me when I go to pick up. Tire pressures and fuse seating are the two things every one should check, especially before a long trip home.

Jeep Sahara 4xe ordered on 09/07. Just checked with jeep chat today and received the below update.

“I am showing that your vehicle is currently in the frame stage of the build process. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided.”

Hoping to get the jeep soon.

Yeah I think it’s normal, mine didn’t pop up a day after they said they sent it to the port

I did it online

My 4xe has been here for over a week at Mall of GA. I am trying to get everything e-signed, but Mike says their finance managers have been out so he is not able to get me the final numbers, etc. I guess I will just wait now.

Awesome, thank you. I thought the build sheet would come up as soon as the build started.

Super quick though. On Mon, Tues, Wed, they told me it was scheduled to build. I gave them a break yesterday and then today it’s pending final inspection.

So for the Rubicon, its about a $1300 difference from the '21, however the remote proximity is now included. So about $600 additional, which isn’t that bad.

Keep in mind there were three mid-year price hikes in 2021, too.

Ah yes. I forgot about those! Good reminder. I almost got my '21 order in, but missed the timeframe. So at least from 2 weeks ago till now, its not horrible.

What would be the difference from the original MSRPs? They did include a few things from what I remember so that’s cool too.

Figured I would see what ALgo thinks my 4xE is worth this morning. Not sure if it takes into account every option, all it does is ask for the license plate and state information. So it could be assuming it’s a completely loaded Sahara?

Payoff is about $42,000…

Jeep app didn’t work, Uconnect app worked for me. Had to activate uconnect and so on, but you do NOT need to scan the code in the car (I didn’t).

I submitted a pretty well equipped Sahara and got the same numbers…

Where are you located? I got roughly same numbers in Florida. About 1k more but with 2k less miles.
