HOW TO GET A GOOD WRANGLER 4XE Deal; Buckle up for a LONG read! (Part 1)

,

Ye I definitely feel like it was one of those things they saw so many coming so they probably held ‘‘em to ship a larger quantity at once

I received my second escalation email from Cara today that said the same thing for my Granite HA order. Hope it’s true.

Whew !! signed about 3hrs ago . Talk about signing to catch last minute affiliate

Ordered 8/21
Build Sheet 9/15
Sticker Produced 9/26
Picked up from Toledo via truck on 9/28 (5:03am)
Delivered to dealer 9/29 (arrived around noon)
Signed and drove home 9/30

Very fortunate to have received the truck in under 6 weeks from order to delivery and take advantage of affiliate discount on the very last day. Locked in Sept’s numbers too.

Pretty neat truck
$~60K MSRP (10.5% off MSRP)
BASE MF (.00172)

No Broker fee, no ridiculous shipping from the bible belt and low PA doc fee. ($394) Drove an 1.5hr from Bergen County, NJ and picked her up myself. :v:

Congrats. I went with the Sting Grey Sahara as well. You ordered 2 months1 week after me and have the car in your driveway. Lol total casino. Also, did I miss a thread about Chapman? Nice find!

Oh absolutely. Knowing the volume they’ve been dealing with, and what the manufacturer has been screwing up and throwing their way, super well handled from their end.

Chapman in PA does similiar deals as gupton, ga dealer and nc dealer. Chapman stopped taking affiliate and were at 4 percent under invoice on orders with 394 doc fee. No deposit required. I ordered two from gupton and one from chapman. Benefit imo with chapman is no deposit which is why i went there for my 3rd jeep. I paid a little more but if market tanks it won’t matter since I won’t have to get it or lose a deposit. I was told without asking that as of 3 weeks ago they had over 1,100 retail orders open!

I didn’t want to mess with waiting longer and hoping a carrier picked up in a timely manner, so I just drove it home. 900 miles in one hit - couldn’t be happier! Love the saddle interior & skytop. There’s quite a bit of wind noise at 80mph where I mostly sat, but it is a rolling brick at the end of the day.

Now I’m waiting for my mesh shade & door hangars to arrive so I can get them off to enjoy our S. FL winter! Definitely worth the wait!

Great work on the saddle/hydro!

I went on every one and made sure they are pushed down firmly. I did not take everyone out and reseat them.

what kind of door hangers did you get?

I think that’s the coolest part where it says it’s made especially for you.

Ayy I work for that little hospital in Hackensack, ordered my hydro HA from leasecompanion this week, 9.5% as long as affiliate holds whenever it comes in and i’ll have to go DC. Philly probably could have been a good idea but oh well, i’m overall happy!

U get hit with the acquisition fee?

Nope. It was waived for the NE for Sept :+1:

Dope !! Hoping October stays the same for me but unlikely. Congrats on the shiny new truck

These ones - the lip sits in the window channel. I’ve had them before for other Jeeps and they work great. Just have to make sure they are lag bolted into the studs, or concrete walls

Not that we needed further confirmation, but the FCA Affiliate site officially shows Wrangler gone from the eligible vehicle list as of 10/1/21.

Does that apply to new orders only or even who ordered and had the affiliate code since August?

They should probably update the picture!
