How do I get an i3 for under $200 a month?

My dads lease is up Mid October so it’s time to start looking. I saw a bunch of people on the forums with i3 deals even under $100 but every dealer I’ve spoken to is trying to get me for $300 or more. If anyone has tips I’d appreciate it
