Help with a 2023 CPO Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo 4s lease negotiation

I mean this is a massive, massive loss on a new car, they’re just digging into their pockets on this to move it.

No idea on why the 5k is required but if that math maths, it’s kind of eh.

By that I’m assuming you mean it’s a pretty good deal and that 5k down shouldn’t stop me. especially over 39 mos.

The $5k includes the first month payment, so yeah this deal is pretty good on a virtually new 4S.

The actual cap cost reduction against the sale price is only $1,389. The rest of the $5k is just going to acquisition and CA-DMV&docfees.

Give the size of the discount and rebate is a shorter term more advantageous?

Assuming you don’t qualify for welcome to Porsche?

I don’t. I’m selling a 2017 Tesla X.

Yeah that’s where I got a little confused honestly.

I’m with you… the Porsche I leased was confusing as hell since the dealer called the total DAS as “customer cash down” which made me think they wanted that entire amount to go toward a cap cost reduction.

I was only talking to him through text and I kept trying to figure exactly that out. If I go forward I’ll get on the phone. Also don’t want to overreach but wondering if there’s any more room in the deal or this is solid. I also have to ship it.

Nope, I checked for OP. Doesn’t help much. He could do 24 for a negligible difference I think.

They’re well past what they own it for, they ran out of room about $12,000 ago or so. This is just a pain tolerance at this point.

Basically if @JokMas doesn’t sign tomorrow, he’s gonna get sniped eh?

Thanks! OP if it’s close I would go for 24 and save yourself from paying 1k registration renewal for 3 months )and potentially tires)

IF it were anywhere online…but it’s not…

At least not yet.

I’d have to balance that savings against the emotional pain of how pissed off my wife would be knowing I was going to start becoming a crazy car hunter one year earlier than she would like. Also, technically it’s her car. She’s already mad because I fucked around and found out when I lost out at the CPO CT4s that began this thread a couple weeks ago…

Haha tell her it’s the smarter financial decision and 39 months is a long a** time.

lol if it’s for the wife just get the term she tells you to get. Not worth getting wounded on this hill.

I wouldn’t underestimate the skill on here, especially those you don’t always see.

Found the car within 30 seconds of searching. Good luck and post photos if you get her :+1:t2:

Don’t worry I already pointed a red dot at his car for him.

@JokMas ain’t going to be able to sleep tonight since he’ll be worried a LH user snipes his wife’s ride.

Exactly, waaay TMI, lol! Fortunately for the OP, not too many LHers ready, willing and able to afford that payment with that insurance and later
Porsche priced maintenance.
