Just want to share my great buying experience with Sam. Same as other people who use a broker first time, I was skeptical at the beginning as well, especially when the price sounds too good to be true. I work graveyard and don’t have too much time to go to dealers during daytime. His professionalism and online reviews helped me make up my mind, and I am delighted with my decision. Everything was as promised. The entire process was so smooth and after I filled out credit application at home, it took me only 15 mins to seal the deal at dealership. Never thought it could be so fast. They even upgraded my Ioniq 5 SEL rwd to awd at the same price.
My wife will need a new car in a year or so and definitely I will come back to Sam.
