First time leasing a BMW, X5 quote

Hi everyone,

I new to the forum. I have been trying to read and learn as much as a can. First time leasing a BMW. SOCAL location.

Is this a good deal? Attached is my lease quote for an X5 AWD 40i:

MRSP:$66,995
Discount: $5,495
Sell price: $61,500
No loyalty, conquest $750, OL $1000

DAS: First payment ($836.53), upfront charges ($1,846.41) = $2,683

The “Total Cap Reduction” ($750.06) at the bottom right of the quote, is this the rebate in the “Total Rebates:” line? If so, where does the $0.06 comes from? Typo?

As for “Customer Cash,” did they put this in the “Discount?” Where do I put this in the lease calculator? I am confuse with the number.

Attached is the quote, thank you in advance for any help/suggestion.

You’re missing things like the registration fees in the calculator. This discount is very poor. I’m assuming this is a 2019 because of the residual? Also, in California, a marked up MF is not all that common because of all the competition there. You should push for base MF.

There’s some bmw brokers on here you can compare your quote with what they have posted.

It’s a 2020 model. I already asked the dealer why the difference. I didn’t put the government fee because the number wasn’t adding up.

use these number will fix the calculator
