Why not get a loaded Accord for less than this? Doesn’t have the badge but so what? Maybe a base Lexus ES. The options are practically infinite.

I’d suggest doing legwork and try to run some numbers in the calculator with the known mf and rv. You can get a definite answer by reaching out knowing what your target selling price should be and whether or not that is actually feasible (example : 40 percent off is not feasible, 20 percent might be).
