FINAL UPDATE! 2018 Challenger SRT 392 - $412/Month! (Factory Order)

I’m PMing you my office number.

Transport driver stops somewhere, meets his buddies, unloads the car, go for a joy ride, looses control, hops a curb or flys over a speed bump and toasts the pan and dents the exhaust, load it back up on the truck and deliver it. I bet there is nice burnout rubber in the rear wheel wells!

Glad they are making good on it for you! I’ll be in the market for a hellcat Charger in so cal soon.

Lmao that’s the best theory I’ve heard so far!!

Here is the voided lease sheet that I had to sign off today to honor the $436/month.

I also had the chance to meet with the owner, as soon as he seen me he greeted me with a big ol bear hug (lol) and started apologizing for everything. Probably said sorry 20 times during our conversation. He seemed very sincere and personal in making things right.

I told him I was not trying to gouge anyone but that the $2,000 discount wasn’t enough on FCA’s part. He immediately agreed and said they should do more! He said he PROMISED to get an additional discount through FCA by the time the car gets delivered. He then insisted that something WILL get done for me and that I did not have to worry. Lastly, the owner said he would set me up with a 3 year service contract to get free maintenance. He gave me his business card and told me to come see him directly once the car is delivered. Shook my hand and I was on my way. I was really blown away with how he handled everything.

P.s. I did question him about the EP pricing and he guaranteed me that $50,150 was the price for FCA workers. MSRP was $53,680.

Thanks for clarifying everything over the phone. Appreciate it!

Geeze I wish mine got damaged in shipping…

I wish this happens every time I get a new car, I would not complain about the wait lmaooo

I’m glad it worked out.

They should update the over mileage charge to .50 FCA won’t approve that contract…

It was my understanding that it’s only $0.50/mile for the Hellcats but it could carry over to all SRT models. My Scat Pack is the same $0.25/mile.

It is .50 for SRT models.

I’ll report back with the mileage charge when I get the final contract at delivery.

Forgot to mention. The GM said that FCA put a “hot spot” on the car and that today it was already in D status. On my first order it took 2 weeks to get to D status. GM said he never seen D status in less than 24 hours so it appears their hauling ass to get this car to me.

10k incentive? what is it?

Any update?

No update yet Sir, still waiting on delivery. I may never “factory order” a car again, the waiting can be pretty brutal lol.

FINALLY!

After 7 additional long weeks of waiting, and 3 months overall, the car was finally delivered today!! FCA took another $1,650 off the vehicle, bringing final sale price to $48,500, before incentives. This knocked my payment further down to $393/month, includes tax!!! UNREALLLL!!! However, I did opt for the rim and tire coverage. Each rim cost $1,200 so this was an easy decision, especially with the massive potholes we deal with in New England. My final payment is now $412/month.

The vehicle will be ready for me to take home on Friday.

All’s well that ends well. Gorgeous car and a great price.

Wow, nice car and great deal man! I just sent a copy of this buyers order to dealer here in N.C. and asked them to do 450, so some lean way…$632 I was quoted for almost exact car, haha
