Ferrari's First EV

Interior co-designed with Apple’s former head of design, Jony Ive

Range: 280 miles

I thought the cybertruck would hold the crown for highest $/ugly score. This will be #1 forever.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

To put the dimensions into perspective, this thing is nearly the exactly same height and length as that of a… wait for it… TOYOTA CROWN. It’s about 6 inches wider. I suspect the width will not effectively mask how utterly ungainly this car is.

Check out the video here to get a sense of how high the hood is where it meets the windshield:

No idea how tall Joe Lorio is, but this honestly seems ridiculous, and not in a good way. Who wants 23 in wheels???

I think the interior is nice, esp the pleating on the seats and door cards. Very Italian.

Makes the Cybertruck look like a Urus in comparison

When $299/m effective?

Even has the same wiper style as the cybertruck.

It’s so ugly and off brand that it almost has to be a specific strategy. I’d have to assume that 1. they did not want to create any association between an EV model and their gas cars and 2. this is for the regular Ferrari owner who wants a branded errands car and or a way for them to make a profit with a lower cost unit they can force customers to buy for rare allocations

no 3 row so guess I’ll have to pass on this one

You are right. It is so far off brand for Ferrari that I don’t think anyone will associate this car with a Ferrari nameplate. I think that’s exactly what they want.

just so impossible to believe they did this that we’re all searching for insane strategies lol

Where are all the Tesla folks who will complain that this doesn’t have FSD?

So when will they be $599 a month?

I think this is going to be the winner of the “Most $ depreciation in a year.” award.

When someone designs a car how many executives does that design have to pass through to get approved? Fascinating that this would even get passed the initial process. It’s like the sinpsons episode when Homer builds a car  “need a horn here here and here. You can never find a horn when you’re angry”

But what if all those execs drove Cybertrucks and other ugly shit lol

Wow their stock price RACE is down already close to 5% lol.

I really like the interior too. It’s a shame that it’s surrounded by such a stupid looking exterior.

That looks like a honda prototype car.
