[EV] Nissan Ariya '24 lease deal - Denver, Please help analyze

I got following from the dealer in Denver metro for 24 Ariya AWD Platinum trim. Using all applicable rebates (state, fed, nmac cash rebate, Nissan loyalty), the numbers are coming out to be these (see attached pictures).
I don’t have details on MF etc and I’m trying to figure out where is the unnecessary fluff which can be negotiated.
Also, in CO the rebate $$ also get taxed? (as this is what dealer telling me)
The tax rate of my area of residence is 5% and they are advertising dealer handling fee included in their advertised rate ($ 138/mo).

Yes, rebates are taxable in Colorado. The deal looks solid. It’s up to you to decide whether trying squeeze a few more bucks is worth it.
