No wonder it was free, thanks

It is the same setup for Tesla’s “free roadside” service. The free tow was only to a Tesla dealership. I found out when my tire went flat during rush hour. They said they would not touch my tires, even though they are the same brand but not the same model. After arguing with Tesla, they agreed to change my tire to the correct model. However, due to safety concerns, they said they would not replace just one tire on an axle; they could only change both tires on an axle, which was estimated at $1,000.

Then, hours later, I was informed that no location would be able to change my tires for nearly a month. By this time, all the tire shops were closed. I ended up using my insurance to tow the car to Discount Tire. I used Uber to go home. The next day, I got my tire changed under the Tire Rack warranty, so I was reimbursed. Horrible experience!

Fix-a-flat is great as long as your problem isn’t the side wall

Why they did it?. Bring some hefty incentives and LH will take care of it. LOL

When shutting down a factory is cheaper than LH level incentives LOL

I’ve been waiting all summer for these to get wrangler-like incentives. I was hoping to see $100 month payments here in the Northeast.

$100 monthly Vinfast vf8 city spec or $100 monthly fiat 500e base trim… tough choice.

I would take fiat 500e.
Why?

This was my first car back in 2000s . European size :rofl::rofl:

But it may be more fun to drive - Leaf S barebore was light and fast, somewhat nimby on curve roads because it was small, and the battery helped keep it on the ground more than the car should have.
I mean the cost of it was tires needed to be replaced by 20k miles mark. But that’s also due to me forgetting to rotate them since there is nothing to go to dealership to service these electric cars for:)

Fiat, no contest. As a city dweller, the smaller the better

This :100:

OEM were $100. I just ran em til bald and turned it in at the end of term.

Wow, just checked and it has to be one of the least incentivized EVs out there. Residuals in the 40s, market rate MF, and no lease cash beyond $7,500.

So is this a demand issue, a pricing issue, or the product sucks-ass issue?

Yes

I got some generic tires at Walmart for $60 because I could not return with slicks and didn’t want to pay for OEMs:)

I don’t care what I drive, so to me, it’s always a pricing issue.
Just like Ford crying about F-150 lighting while Rivian, Hammer, and Cybertrucks are popping all over my area. Oh, even Silverado EV. But barely seen any F-150.

Price it better and someone will drive it.

I haven’t seen hummer in our area. Cybertruck once or twice. Saw several F150 lightning - it really looks just like other Ford truck. Plenty Rivian.

Mini has no problem selling their ev. Fiat should take a look at what they did right.

South Point Hotel, Las Vegas-new hardware installed next to the FREE BOSCH chargers ( they had ChargePoint chargers here) These new ones may be FREE but I spied a card reader/tap feature…who knows maybe it will be FREE  about 10 dual port chargers, so 20 total :call_me_hand:

Have 3 days off and Rio Hotel gave me up to 4 Complementary nights, so headed to LV this morning…trip is 315 miles, charged at Eddie World in Yermo Supercharger for about 10 minutes, cost $11 $0.46/kWH

Still cheaper than GAS/ICE

I still don’t know why people consider Teslas to be “Luxury” automobiles. They conquest from Honda and Toyota. They’re budget econo cars at this point.
