Electric Ram 1500 Revolution EV Truck

Finally, someone did a 3-row full size pickup… and it’s an EV… and it has saloon doors:

Not sure how comfortable those 3rd row jump seats are but just the fact that the 2nd row can slide and recline is good enough (I think I’ve asked about this somewhere).

So many concept cars have that saloon style opening doors (that are in luxury models) so let’s hope this makes it to production.

I’m slobbering so bad,

Um. I want.

I am furious that they’d show me this and not let me give them free operating capital in the form of a deposit three years early.

I skimmed the article but I believe it said that they only put it on that way to fully showcase the interior but won’t make it to production.

It’s a nice truck but for a company that is notorious for failing electronics, these might be a nightmare to own.

Got an email today for a deposit to save a spot in line for a reservation. Add another EV deposit to the list.

I got the same, but it’s hard to tell if it even reserves one or not

Right - paying them 110k is more likely to guarantee a truck.

Yes, I saw the words. It gives you an opportunity to do so before public pre-order assuming you complete the paperwork prior to all available slots being taken along with several other applicable possible factors.

It ridiculous they want you to pay $100 to potentially pre-order.

If it was simply $100 to reserve id be on board.

I agree. Keep the 100 but at least guarantee me a spot.

I signed up because I’m a sucker. But also the PHEV version is very interesting to me.

$100 membership to get told by dealer why you should pay $25,000 markup.

Pass.

Production version is looking pretty nice though! I like that its more traditional looking than the concept.
