This is a real thing. Happens in real estate world as well. Homeowners think they got a good deal - but man if you saw the numbers on the wholesale end including construction and developments. You’d feel pretty ripped off LOLLL just because the numbers are there doesn’t mean it was meant for you. Also if those numbers were posted - current homeowners wouldn’t able to qualify for the loan cause the appraisers will go off public info. In the memorable words of Kevin Hart’s interview “STAY IN YOUR OWN FINANCIAL LANE”

I’m hoping that changes with July as its something that i should be able to take advantage of and am between a q5e or GT for my pops, so hoping those just improve for july

There is no VIP on 2023 GT’s in my region either. If there was I was going to be getting one of these too. I think you actually just got 15% off.
