Did I get a good lease deal? Hyundai Tucson 2021 AWD

Hello,

I hope I did not miss any important numbers. I am a noob. Did I get a good deal? What do you think my monthly lease payment should have been? Thank you!

New Jersey, Hyuindai dealership.

MSRP (New Vehicle Only) $28,145.00
Gross Capitalized Cost of Vehicle $28,859.73
Residual Value 17,449.90
MF .00129
Incentive $1750
Cash on Delivery $1170 (but we paid $0 down so idk what this means?)
36months lease
10k miles/yr
Tier 1 Credit (760)

DMV/acquisition/fees/title/etc all included in the lease
$0 downpayment
$322 Total Drive-off cost
$322/m for 35 months lease payments.

Hyundai Tucson AWD 2021. Value Package
with
-heated seats
-satellite start (bluelink, 3 yrs free)
-big screen
-lane assist, blindspot monitoring, rear camera
-button start

P.S.The adjusted capitalized cost is $27,147 not sure if this helps

My gut feeling is telling me I left $20/m on the table.

Thank you!

What the hell? Absolute trash deal! Go somewhere else. No, you did not just leave $20, you left like $75

On the lease it says
Incentive $1750
Cash on Delivery $1170

I presume they just put down a $1170 on their end to bring down my monthly payment? Was this a trick too?

Meaning it was all dealership incentive funds but they made it look like they’re putting down cash to help us?

Gross cap > MSRP? Means no dealer discount. You paid MSRP - it’s all downhill from here. To get a good deal, need a good discount… obviously…

Yeah, $75 to $100 makes more sense and go from there

that is insane,
i could have gotten this deal for $222 a month with 0 down? mindblown…

Based on what?

According to your profile you joined over two years ago? Why wouldn’t you check things out here first?

Did you not read, “go from there?”
$75 would have had meant taking $3,000 off automatic
$100 would have had meant taking $4,000 off automatic.

You said he left $75/m on the table… based on what?

Hyundai is like Toyota. Just implying

i had you guys in mind the whole time but i just didn’t have any info.

i didnt know the MF or MSRP of the car we were leasing until last night’s deal.
I trusted the dealership I guess. I didn’t mind overpaying by $20 but it sounds like these guys weren’t genuine at all.

What does that even mean? Can you just answer how you figured he left $75/m on the table?

Max what do you think a good lease payment would have been based on your experience and the numbers i provided?

The adjusted capitalized cost is $27,147 not sure if this helps

Or even worse, a mark up over MSRP.

We’d need the contract to know, though, wouldn’t we? Some contracts include acq etc in the gross cap cost … ie GCC is not selling the price

Why are you saying $2790 in incentives but the contract said $1750?

Contract says $1,750 but then they’ve added a line on a different page saying “cash On delivery $1,170” but we never paid any cash down. So I assume its just another incentive?

i edited the OP

Someone in NJ got numbers from edmunds in Dec for a Tucson limited awd at 36/10:

.00132 and 62%
$2000 lease cash

It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks: congratulations and enjoy your Tucson. Do some research before your next lease.

What does the contract list for agreed upon price? Should be near the gross cap cost.
