corona got BMW not applying their automatic payments.

BMW FS screwed up payment

I’ve had auto payments enrolled for the entire 3 year lease and then the last payment they mysteriously didn’t apply and now I have a late fee? Oh and to make things better their phone lines are too busy to call them.
