Dealer canceled my order, broker ghosted me and is not refunding fee

seems like this broker is a hit or miss, quite literally, some people get crazy deals (9% m4) and some people getting ghosted, have you read this thread? IDK if this is the same broker though

Hi folks, long time lurker here with an unexpected situation on a deal I worked out with one of the more popular brokers on the forum. I paid them their requested broker fee on June 3rd and was awaiting to be contacted by the dealership to pay the deposit as I was supposed to receive a custom build.
