Hello! Want to run this deal by you guys to see if it’s a good one:
2022 BMW M440i xDrive, about 12k miles on it (was driven by manager at dealership).
Monthly payment: $650 (includes tax)
Mileage allowance per year: 12k miles
Lease term: 36 months
Drive off cost: $2500
MF: 0.00200
Original MSRP: $61k
Sale price: $48k
RV: $29k
Service covered till 50k miles.
I have this deal and a comparable deal for 2023 Audi A5 Prestige, 0 Miles, $2500 drive off, $700 per month including tax, 12k miles, 36 months. Audi lease doesnt cover service apparently. Bummer.
In my opinion, the M440 is a great deal but wanted to run by expert Leasehackrs before I sign it
Go with the Audi we spoke about yesterday. Maintenance costs on a lease are negligent. You’re essentially leasing a used 4 Series for $650 + inceptions. 12k Miles…
Audi told me it was $1500 for the maintenance package. I plan on eventually selling the lease and getting a used car. I was thinking of getting the bmw m440 for now because I believe its easier to sell that lease over in a few months (perhaps end of this year) to someone as it’s a more appealing car.
From my understanding, the Audi A5 Premium plus/prestige would not be easy to get out of the lease because it’s not really wanted by a lot of people. But I could be wrong, this is just from my research of the current swap a lease’s I see on swapalease. That’s where I’m going off of.
Agreed, the performance of the M440i will be way more fun than that 4 cylinder in the a5. No way I’d pay 700 a month for a 4 cylinder sedan that lacks fun.
I do but at the end of the day, my decision is dictated on what would be the easiest/best value to sell the lease towards the end of this year. Wish I had a crystal ball to check that haha
It will have about 24 months left or more on the lease when I do try to swap it out. Because the lease I will be signing will be for 36 months starting now.
