Deal Check - Audi SQ5 Premium Plus Daytona Gray

Having current, accurate information for residual value, money factor, and incentives is important in understanding your deal. As such, going directly to a source that has access to that data from the captive banks is your best option.

Rate Findr has that information, as they have direct access to it from the captive banks. It’s a tool on the Leasehackr Calculator, available to Super Supporters.

I’m getting equally awful numbers, this is for an SQ5 Prestige:

Which numbers are bad? Did you do a calc? What is MF/RV? Discount is OK at 10%. Most cars are ‘bad’ leases now.

Impossible to justify the huge jump in payments over a P+

IMO

The money factor is .00094 & the residual is 59% ($44073).

umping on here to get a review on a updated deal.
Here is the updated offer that I got and mostly planning on doing the $3k down payment to lower the monthly payment.
RV - 61% (as it includes Audi Care)
MF - 0.00114
Includes additional Chicago city taxes on lease vehicles as my zip is part of Chicago city.

You will be paying about $3000 extra over the term just to lease in the City for 36 months. Is leasing over buying worth that tax premium?

Also, what target payment did you come up with when plugging in discount, incentives, base MF and RV for your term into the calc?

Yeah, Finance is going above the budget.

This is what I came across. Not sure if I am doing it right

Just buy a low mileage used one like this:

PS, also looks to me like they are bumping the MF up to max in first quote at least…you also don’t have the 1699 in there for Audicare…you can just bump acquisition fee block up by that amount.

Ohh Yeah, You are right. According to your calculation they are surely bumping up the MF.

Have you considered the Q55e instead of the SQ5? If you can plug it in every night you get about the same level of performance for a much lower lease payment.

Yeah, I looked it but not planning on Q5 PHEV one.

Almost three weeks later and you are still messing around with the SQ5?

Just contact @AutoCompanion and be done with it.

If you’re defining a budget by monthly payments and not by effective cost, then I don’t think that’s correct.

Yep, OP might want to run the TCO numbers on Owner’s Choice option too…
