Trying to secure a new '23 I5 Limited RWD lease in Frisco, TX (75033) with 780+ credit and below is the best terms I’ve found so far to keep my monthly payment close to $750 with no deposit (other than first month down). Haven’t seen any discounts off MSRP in any offers for the limited trim, outside of the $7500 rebate or standard incentives. Any suggestions on areas to push? Is it silly to buy a '23 at MSRP with '24s about to start rolling in?
I should add that a 48mo/15k mile lease option dropped me to $747/mo but that 4th year isn’t really appealing to me
Only thing sillier than the 0 discount off msrp is the fee named “150.00”. 2 year leases have the best numbers. Check with brokers in the Marketplace for what is being offered. Even if you don’t find a broker that can service your area, you can get a general idea of what to expect. IOC has some nice deals on Audi and BMW EVs, and I think they service TX.
That deal is beyond horrendous and we can definitely get you into an i4 35 or 40e for better than this.
Wow. Looks really bad.
No dealer discount
No flex cash
Why?
Also, why 39 month? Try comparing 24/36 as well. Im in pnw where there are no crazy deals like in the east coast and can still negotiate and get 3k-5k off msrp. You should be able to get better, I’d imagine because this is almost end of Q3 and those dealers need to meet their quarterly goals so they should shower you with great deals!
And not even a lender tax credit to soften the blow of the trash deal that was offered.
Did they offer to kick OP’s dog while they were at it too?
At lease buy me a drink first ![]()
I’m just not seeing the discount off MSRP for the limited here in north texas like I am everywhere else in the country (on this forum and edmunds, at least). I’d love a Q8 etron, but it looked prohibitively expensive in comparison to the I5
The Q4 ETron is probably closer in size to the Ioniq. I’d at least reach out to @IAC and see if they have any available. If you tell him where you need to be numberwise he can tell you if Audi is a possibility or not without having to formally plug in numbers. I’ve used him several times.
Those are pretty competitive right now.
I just can’t see spending that kind of money on a damn Hyundai
Fine. Just keep pestering the dealers but please dont settle for this crappy offer
There are dealers in CenTex straight-up advertising on their website $4-5k off the limited trim - can prob push 'em further with a little work.
Often including rebates but point taken. Oddly enough central Texas has better DCFC coverage than North Texas.
You should be aiming for $600 a month with no down for this car. Push for more off MSRP. Minimum $3.5k. I would definitely recommend the IONIQ 5 limited trims over the i4s. They are usually a bit more expensive and don’t have similar features.
Its a true dealer discount off MSRP before you get into the 7.5k EV or (potential) Loyalty lease incentives - one of the few dealers in the ATX area that doesn’t bs too much and will actually work a deal via phone/email without constantly pressuring you to come in.
Weirdly, if you call in two cubicles down for a Genesis, totally different story - not a single dollar off MSRP.
