Maybe I’m just out of touch with reality, but I find that payment hard to stomach for a Hyundai. Are you really in love with this vehicle? Do you have to lease an EV?
Way too high. Expand your search because if you just rely on dealers near you, they’ll rip you off.
That’s because it’s a rip off. Should be aiming for <$700.
Emerging technology, new model, good range, popular and, hence, some (not all) dealerships are losing their minds over the potential of windfall profits. Am I missing something?

I’m assuming that you have limited experience hacking, in which case, I’d recommend contacting broker such as @IAC_Scott who specialize in TX region and would be able to help you get a much better deal on the car that you really like whether Audi or BMW or whatever.
You’re getting royally screwed.
I just did a deal for an Ioniq 5 SEL RWD and had other dealers offering $6k off MSRP on a limited.
