I’m looking for a sanity check before I sign this Gravity Touring lease. Originally had a loaded MY26 Gravity reserved under the September incentives, but Lucid was unable to deliver that VIN before month-end. After some back and forth finding a replacement, management worked with me on a MY27 that has the configuration I want plus some more options.
Current deal:
- 2027 Gravity Touring
- MSRP: $110,450
- 36 months / 7,500 miles
- $0 down
- $931.81/month
- $3,538.46 DAS
- Residual: $62,481.57 (~56.6%)
- MF: 0.00001
- $500 accessory credit after delivery is separate
Credits/managenent support I’m told are applied:
- $5,000 Lucid Credit
- $3,500 Go Electric
- $2,500 Corporate
- $3,000 Studio Select (management exception since apparently not normal on a MY27)
- $2,000 additional management support
- $16,000 total
The $1,000 demo-drive credit from September did not carry over.
For context, my original MY26 was $104,100 MSRP at $866.79/month and $3,318 DAS with $22,500 in incentives. Lucid couldn’t deliver that vehicle, so this is where we landed on the replacement. The MY27 is obviously a higher MSRP and has a better residual, but I’m still losing some of the incentive stack I originally had. Manager over at Lucid told me the best he could do was $987 monthly. I negotiated and he added another 2K of support to bring the monthly down to $932.
I like the actual replacement configuration. My question is mostly about the economics:
Would you take this at ~$932 monthly /$3,538 DAS or wait for potentially stronger year-end incentives in December? Also, cant help but feel disappointed that the deal I secured in September could not be honored.
