Post the link for it.
A mid-MSRP Laramie will lease better than a loaded Big Horn.
You are looking for around 10% to 12% dealer discount before rebates.
Check Mark Dodge pricing to see what’s possible and try to get a local dealer to match.
Make sure you get the $1000 website TDM by building a Ram.
Thanks! I will check this out
No the full link…where you click share your numbers.
For real, why do so many folks on here reference this dealer? It’s in the middle of nowhere and really hard to get them to do out of state deals. I don’t understand how this showroom comes up so often on LH.
Don’t get me wrong, the staff there are very knowledgeable and it is one of the better CDJR experiences I’ve had with the brand. But they don’t paper deals heading well out of their zone.
Plus the West Business Center gets an extra $1,000 off the 5.7L Hemi. Since gas prices are crazytown out here.
I’ve had no problem getting them to paper quote an out of state deal. They actually advertise a real dealer discount and it’s over 10%. Much better than the dealership you referred me to.
Dude let’s hook @bmattie up. I hope he has a TDM and Loyalty haha. It’s way deeper than 12% what you talking about?
Yea thats the thing with leases on these things, once you aren’t a leasee already the dealers are like “oh well now that price jumps 5k+”
I haven’t personally used Mark Dodge but had two friends that did (both out of state) and they were very happy with the process. I’ve used two other big Jeep/Ram discounters in VA and PA and both were seamless transactions for me in FL.
To the OP, just go straight to Mark Dodge if you are within 500 miles of them. But look up the right contact (Anthony I think) on 5thgenrams
Yea I went on and their calculator online was way off numbers at the listed price. I’ll try to find that contact and see. Not sure if I’m in or over 500 miles. Gotta check
Not sure what your local market selling prices are for this vehicle but the dealer discount of 4.8% off MSRP seems weak to me.
I manually calculated all the dealer’s worksheet numbers and they are spot on. Best dealer worksheet I’ve seen in quite sometime. Here is the LH Calc
According to the dealer WS, tax is not levied on the doc fee nor the cap reduction rebate. Not sure if that’s accurate in PA.
Yea I agree the 4.8% is weak discount, even tho I got “bonus cash” ha
Thanks for the calculator, helps me make sure I’m punching correctly
From what I’m seeing and hearing, Laramie makes more sense to go for since they lease better
I just threw out that 500 miles as “won’t be that much hassle” - if you are in the SE / Central US, Mark Dodge would be the “preferred” low price/phone order dealer. I’d be curious what numbers you get back.
@flot curious to know if the dealers you mentioned in VA or PA would lease to OOS buyer like me ? I am in Michigan and dealers around me or neighbouring states are holding onto 2025 GCs like they are gold and will continue to appreciate. SMH
My last 3 Jeep/Ram transactions were purchases, not leases, so I can’t promise that but I believe lease or purchase was always on the table for me. Also, the big discounters do the best deals by a mile on ordered vehicles, which has other benefits for you - like not paying $1000 for the sunroof you don’t want. But worth reaching out to them and sometimes they’ll make deals on in stock inventory. In the SE the biggest I know of is Mark Dodge, in the NE I’ve used Koons in VA and Chapman in PA.
Importantly: These are regular dealers who ALSO have a big discount / internet ordering presence. To get those deals you need to find the specific person to contact there, if you just call up any of those dealers blind you’ll get the typical sales droid with no help.
They all contribute to the big Jeep/Ram forums online and place “ads” in forum posts there every 4-6 weeks.
Thanks for the info. I did reach out to Mark Dodge and their pricing was competitive, but I wasn’t blown away by it. They quoted me $1900 for delivery
