At this point, does is really matter? You are set on spending a small fortune on a toy. Why are you bothering with 39 months? Is there any advantage to keeping it an extra 3 months versus a 36 month lease?
Have you considered an Audi GT RS as an alternative? It would cost you much less.
A regular oil change at my dealership these days is $795. The intermediate service is about $1600. The 4 years service is $2700. I wasnât upset when I traded in the Panamera. $350/hr labor rates will make the simplest maintenance high.
If I were looking to lease a CPO, make sure to ask which service is next and when itâs due.
Thatâs definitely excessive. My Porsche mechanic charges 90 and hour. Itâs a Dutch shop, so yeah I probably wouldnât go to a dealer for this service. No oil changes on the taycan.
What really impresses anymore tho? Here in southern OC luxury brands more common to see than anything else. I tell my wife it is the land of luxury white SUVs. Lol
I donât park mine by the driveway. Never doing that again when it failed on me when Iâm about to pick up the kid. Canât even drive the bmw out because the eqe is blocking the driveway. Always parking it by the road now.
TBH, itâs a horrible deal especially pre-paid maintenance on an electric car. Factory maintenance requires one service every two years. I understand the love of Porsche but donât let this dealer survive the rest of month by leasing a single car. Definitely pay a broker and youâll save thousands on the Taycan. Long Beach (California) Porsche is advertising the '25 for $1,349 with 32k allowed for 39 months.
Given the residual, Iâd happily pay 20% over residual at lease end (I know, I knowâŚitâs a typoâŚor is it?)
$5,300 down + $7,500 EV Rebate means the equivalent of $12,800 down. A $30k price difference over 39 months of depreciation yields a roughly $16k difference between the two but given the 7,500 miles per year, the depreciation is much lower than $16k.
Then add the $7500 onto the other lease too because it is being treated the same way by both dealers. Either way, it is a $40k difference in MSRP with different leasing programs (4S has a 2% lower residual). Comparing apples and oranges.
I would just lease a cpo and get it over with. Thereâs nothing too different with the newer Taycan, and you shouldnât be looking at Taycan if you need the range.
