Deal Check 2025 Nissan ARIYA EVOLVE+

Hey LH’s,

Long time fan of this website and I appreciate everything that I’ve been able to learn and what you all have contributed. Thanks to all, I was able to snag a 2023 Nissan Ariya 18mos ago for 219/month. The free home charger, free EvGO fast charging, and the Nissan SignatureFlex program made this deal a winning combination especially with the amount of miles I put on (SignatureFlex allows you to prepurchase miles for 10 cents per prior to lease-end). All good things must come to an end and with that said, I’m looking for another Ariya and contacted the same dealer. Here is the deal below and I also attached the previous lease dealer sheet vs the new current offer deal sheet. For the new lease, my target payment range is around 280-350. I appreciate your feedback. Thanks in advance!

Current Offer

Dealer Location: PA
Registering State: NJ
Msrp: $51,075
Selling: $43,075
Mf: 0.00137%
Residual: 49%
Tax:6.625% (not calculated on deal sheet)
Term: 36/10k
Dealer fees: $3,131 doc & other undefined upfront charges
Monthly: $427.15

Why a Nissan Ariya? Currently have EvGO with my wife’s Lyriq (like free gas) and home charger (cheaper than gas) and Nissan’s awesome SignatureFlex mileage deal.

I think you missed the boat in June, I would wait until August or September. You can easily extend your current lease for another 3 months and get some time to shop around. Reach out to @SzaroJr early August. I hope good Ariya leases will come back before 9/30/25 RIP EV free money day LOL.
.
Btw if you are interested in Equinox EV i got an offer from Long Island dealer for $6k one pay ( $250/m effective payment) 24/15. All in with NY taxes.
$45k sticker. FWD.

Required the following rebates:

Conquest: $1250

Any lease in household: $1000

Teacher : $500

CCR Lease Cash: $1750

Costco Member: $1250

Open New GM Card: $500

RIP indeed. Thank you for the reply. I’m def milking this until August but that’s the absolute latest I can (they will not extend EV leases I was told by several ! SMH). The Equinox deal is a nice one but I’m looking to stick with Nissan mainly for the cheap mileage (I did 35k in 18mos).

Unfortunately this is not correct statement.

I got this car a month ago. See:

36-months, 12k mi/year
$0 due at signing
$384/month

I haven’t kept up on incentives since I have my new car, but I feel like the way Nissan dealers are incentivized by volume, the end of the month is when you may have some luck.
