Cmon man, this rule doesn’t apply EVER and especially on EV’S.
Does not apply, especially for makes/models that are heavily incentivized
Your perspective but from mine it was…
Good to know…
That’s how you respond @SteveB25
Boss man ! This is a learning forum. Been here almost 10 years I think, helped many but guess what I just learnt something new yesterday.
If you review signed deals section theres so many examples of cars that can be leased anywhere from 0.35% while some models cant be had for less than 1.25% of MSRP which means you cant judge a lease deal based on % of MSRP.
Regardless, your current deal is pretty good and everyone here’s just trying to help you. No personal gains. Good luck.
If it influences your thinking at all, you’re already on the hook for the ones that are under 4/32.
That’s why I’m hoping to get this deal secured this week and hopefully the two tires fly under the radar lol.
You won’t know until it’s too late.
If this is a unicorn deal (I have no opinion as I’m not shopping for one of these) then it wouldn’t matter.
Does MB do inspections 90 days out, and if so what’s the maturity date?
I had my Audi inspected at T-minus 90 days plus one nanosecond because my tires were approaching borderline. They all passed, and by the time I turned it in two of them were out of spec (but it didn’t matter at that point).
The car is in excellent condition so I’m hoping to have inspection done next week if/when I receive new vehicle
Update to deal (new car)
MSRP: 131455 (Brooklyn gray / Tartufo Extended Merino Leather)
Discount: $22991
Dealer contribution: $1000
Loyalty: $4000
Credit: $7500
Ending Bal: $95964
Fees: $1199, $500, $1741
New Bal: $99404
Deal: $999/$400 down 36/10
But I have to pay remaining lease payments of $2203
So effective is now $1071
Thoughts?
Have you seen the Brooklyn Grey in person? It is a ‘different’ color…
I have a “different” color (gray sand-ish one, can’t remember the name) on my iX and it’s a beauty…
Mine is 0.5% lol. And even that was also “pretty good” ![]()
This one has some baby blue in it…
Dealer is now covering 2 of remaining 3 lease payments to close the deal on the 131K…
For 50$ less you could upgrade to an i4 35, 2024!
Sorry I can’t get over this payment.
I agree. However, I just went to Home Depot and paid $147 for almost nothing in random things so here we are at north of $1k with those discounts and that payment for the i7.
All with no footrests…
Oh my F-N god…
I feel a helluva lot better about a $996 payment for a 131K car…
Or should I? I can’t gauge the sarcasm here on the forum as you can tell from above lol
Less than 25% off an i7? Pass
