Deal Check: 2025 BMW i7 eDrive RWD

, ,

So I’ve been trying to search for a replacement for our EQS580 SUV. No deals at all…came across this while trying to find a loaner/demo XM…worked in about an hour but haven’t signed yet as awaiting manager approval but here’s the skinny

MSRP - 122730 (Aventurin Red Metallic w/Black Merino Extended leather) - has 22 miles on it

  1. Discount - 16650
  2. Dealer Contribution - 1000
  3. BMW Loyalty - 4000
  4. BMW Credit - 7500
  5. Adjusted Price - 93580
  6. Dealer Fee - 1199
  7. IMF - 500 (SC Tax)
  8. Non Tax Fees - 1741.50
  9. Balance - 97020

Lease Deal

  1. $950/$0 down/OOP
  2. 10K/36 months
  3. Cutting me a check to Pay off remaining payments ($699 x 4)
  4. Shipped for free to my home

What do you Hackrs think? Moneyfactor and Residual are pending

reason for ending lease early is that my tires are down to between 4/ and 3/32 and I don’t want to invest on new tires for just 3 months. Additionally, my insurance has gone up on it to over $3K/year. This BMW will be around $1800/yr

That looks pretty good so far

Why waste 4 payments for such a mediocre deal?

At 3/32, you already need to get new tires.

Get used tires to return the EQS. Any idea why so much difference on the insurance rate? Thats difference is pretty big.

Also if the i7 is new (not demo at 22 miles) then pretty decent deal. Inventory on 25s is very low compared to what it was last year at this time for year older units.

New, not loaner

Mercedes said it’s between 4 and 3/32 so I figure in the next 3 months it will get to 3/32…

What makes this a mediocre deal?

No idea other than they said this model costs more to insure and repair in my area. That’s their standard reasoning

So at $0 due at signing, they are also cutting you a check for $2100 for the 4 remaining payments ?
How much do you estimate shipping cost from them to you which they are paying for ? Im sure it will be enclosed of its new.

Whats the total of both those things ? If you add that to the 13.6% off they are giving you on a brand new unit, what does that equate to ?

Just double check the breakdown of the fees. Looks a little high.

Is the 39 month term available for this model since you have loyalty? Could shave another $40-50 a month.

Yes, it’s nothing out of pocket and they’re paying off my remaining payments

Shipping fee is $800

i will ask for breakdown of that $1741 in fees

How am I only getting 13.6% off? It’s closer to 24%

Good call. I’ll ask…

there’s one in their inventory that has theatre pkg and exec. It’s 8K more but I’m going to try push them on that

You’ve been here long enough to know we mean PRE-incentive discount when talking discount.

Correct. We always go by pre-incentive discounts here. If you add the cost of your 4 payments and $800 shipping on top of that discount and rebates, its a pretty good deal for a new unit considering inventory levels.

Relax with the snarky tone

Not snarky, just fact.

I don’t see anything “snarky” - everyone’s just being very straightforward and to the point. Take it for what it’s worth. Too many folks are too defensive about their deals these days (not saying you are).

Thanks for the input…

Who knew being less than 1% of msrp on a $0 Down Payment was still considered “pretty good.” :man_facepalming:t4:
